Ground Force also offers the rental or purchase of low-maintenance, portable water filtration systems such as our Mobile Recovery Treatment Unit (MRTU) or customized Multi-Stage Systems housed in a container to remove ground water contaminants such as hydrocarbons, heavy metals, petroleum, solvents, and other harmful products that may be present on your site. The multi-stage systems are set-up specifically to treat your site and may include any combination of Oil / Water Separators, Sand Media, Organo Clay Vessels, Granular-Activated Carbon and MyCelx Filters. These systems allow for remote operation and data recovery, and include emergency controls such as automatic shut-off and alarms. Removal of Wastewater Contaminants through Flocculation, Precipitation & pH Adjustment:
Ground Force has a ONE-STEP PROCESS to remove emulsified oils, suspended solids and heavy metals from various waste streams using a proprietary blend of clay minerals, polymers and pH adjusting agents (a dry powder specifically formulated to suit your wastewater contaminants). This blend of separating agents activate and react in a predetermined sequence to effectively remove your wastewater contamination, leaving clarified water and a sludge that has encapsulated the contaminants and can be disposed of easily. There is no need to store multiple chemicals on-site and this simple one-step process saves you money in much lower disposal costs.
